 Call their customer service line, voice your frustration, be polite, but be firm in your demand for a refund and to escalate to their manager. You will probably have to call several times, and each time escalates to through 2-3 service reps and managers. I called them every 48 hours and sometimes I would spend 2 hours on the phone, but they don't care unless you persistently call them. eventually, they will give in and do something for you. Even if $400 won't break the bank, UPS completely beefed it and you can't let another corporation screw you cus they depend on the fact that you'll just give up

I moved here for my now wife and seeing the way people act has got me wishing to go back to Europe. I loved it here before people started showing blind faith in someone so wrong so often. I dunno, I think everyone should be raised to be like that in a sense, granted I think people should be able to ask for help if they need it. I don't think it is healthy to suffer a tragedy and break when you could be trying to make things better.bI am not implying that people shouldn't feel emotions, nor should they bury them, but you can feel pain and sadness and try to be a useful human at the same time. If you go overseas they are also likely sniffing for cash. I’ve seen a few of them and have even been a plant for one while they were training it while getting on a plane. You're right, Customs has a lot of various detector dogs for the various products that can be brought into the country, beyond just their cash dogs and drug dogs. They also have a surprisingly high number of dogs that sniff for animal and plant smuggling (both live specimens and products derived from them), which I think are my favorite. I love picturing a dog just having his job be to look for fruits and veg and such. The hardest thing I've ever done was not pat that little dog in its vest.
