My husband (then bf) did the same for me over a year ago, he sent me a full package of goodies, 3 months later he got the returned package on the mail and they started calling him saying they were going to charge him extra for returning the package to the origin-destination. He then refused any further payment and asked for his money back since it never reached its destination. UPS denied the refund so I went ahead and wrote the truest review, explaining how they lost my package, not delivering it.

It's different when it's something that I can do about it. It might be extremely hard, but I can find a new job if I work hard enough and get some luck.
