Yeah but what you're not seeing is the 10 minutes per kid it takes to get that on, then the youngest one takes it off while you're putting it on another kid, and another kid has to pee, and then one of them disappears to god knows where one starts screaming for no reason. Then you magically reach that equilibrium were they just all happen to behave at the same time (not through any effort of your own or anything, but because that's just how their moods happened to overlap) and you can finally leave the house, but it all breaks down half an hour later because someone forgot their toy. Mind you, they were perfectly happy when they didn't realize they didn't have it and could function just fine, but now their legs somehow don't work because Mr. Plushy Pants is at home on the floor.

I moved here for my now wife and seeing the way people act has got me wishing to go back to Europe. I loved it here before people started showing blind faith in someone so wrong so often. I swear so many people I thought were good people have shown me just how little they care for anyone other than themselves. I dunno, I think everyone should be raised to be like that in a sense, granted I think people should be able to ask for help if they need it. I don't think it is healthy to suffer a tragedy and break when you could be trying to make things better.bI am not implying that people shouldn't feel emotions, nor should they bury them, but you can feel pain and sadness and try to be a useful human at the same time. If you go overseas they are also likely sniffing for cash. I’ve seen a few of them and have even been a plant for one while they were training it while getting on a plane. You're right, Customs has a lot of various detector dogs for the various products that can be brought into the country, beyond just their cash dogs and drug dogs. They also have a surprisingly high number of dogs that sniff for animal and plant smuggling (both live specimens and products derived from them), which I think are my favorite. I love picturing a dog just having his job be to look for fruits and veg and such. The hardest thing I've ever done was not pat that little dog in its vest.
