The man is spitting facts. A girl from my class said that I was incapable of emotions and that I wasn't human, I tried to tell her that sadness doesn't mean tears, and she got mad at me. I'm a trans man, and I can confirm that testosterone only changed my crying threshold, not how actually sad I am in response to something. Also, a transman and I can confirm. I was a little skeptical at first, but testosterone immediately annihilated my capacity for crying. It slowly came back and I still don't cry out of anger or frustration anymore (used to be a huge issue for me), only sadness and happiness crying. And even then I don't get the 'floodgates are opening' sensation anymore. It's more like shedding a single manly tear.

I moved here for my now wife and seeing the way people act has got me wishing to go back to Europe. I loved it here before people started showing blind faith in someone so wrong so often. I swear so many people I thought were good people have shown me just how little they care for anyone other than themselves. I dunno, I think everyone should be raised to be like that in a sense, granted I think people should be able to ask for help if they need it. I don't think it is healthy to suffer a tragedy and break when you could be trying to make things better.bI am not implying that people shouldn't feel emotions, nor should they bury them, but you can feel pain and sadness and try to be a useful human at the same time. If you go overseas they are also likely sniffing for cash. I’ve seen a few of them and have even been a plant for one while they were training it while getting on a plane. You're right, Customs has a lot of various detector dogs for the various products that can be brought into the country, beyond just their cash dogs and drug dogs. They also have a surprisingly high number of dogs that sniff for animal and plant smuggling (both live specimens and products derived from them), which I think are my favorite. I love picturing a dog just having his job be to look for fruits and veg and such. The hardest thing I've ever done was not pat that little dog in its vest.
