 I think the idea was more about necessity. If you're out to eat or picking up food then getting some drinks is fine but the current structure is to prevent people from just going to bars to drink. It's different when it's something that I can do about it. It might be extremely hard, but I can find a new job if I work hard enough and get some luck.
